Integration, Not a "Fix"

There is no magic timetable for grief. It isn’t something you "get over"—it is something you carry, eventually integrating it alongside the love and memories that remain. I don’t offer advice unless you ask for it, and I don't force progress.

My role is to provide a digital sanctuary: a space where I sit with you, listen, and ask gentle questions to help you name what you are feeling. No "shoulds," no "have-tos," and no judgment.

I am not a therapist or a coach; I am a Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler + grief.com) and a peer who understands the complexity of moving through loss. My approach is informed by:

  • 15 years in academia (PhD): A structured, reflective mindset.

  • 5+ years in group fitness: Understanding how grief lives in the body.

  • The Artist’s Lens: Giving color and shape to emotions when words fail

  • Global Experience: Having lived in Germany, Sweden, and South Korea, I experienced the specific weight of "displaced" grief.

A note on privacy:

Your privacy matters here. I use Proton Mail for all correspondence — a service built on end-to-end encryption, meaning no one can read your messages except you and me. What you share on your way to me stays between us.Your video sessions deserve a private room. I use Jitsi Meet — an open-source platform that asks nothing of you before you arrive. No account. No download. No data trail. Your session is encrypted in transit, and nothing is recorded or stored on my end. If you're more comfortable with a platform you already use, I'm flexible — just reach out, and we'll find what works for you.
